At the same time, we also released an RFP for a fourth and final PAWR testbed with a focus on rural broadband. Letters of intent to apply are due on October 25, and full proposals are due December 13.
Finally, we are pleased to share that the Federal Communications Commission also announced this week that it is naming our PAWR testbeds in Salt Lake City and the West Harlem neighborhood of New York City as the first-ever Innovation Zones for experimental spectrum research. The announcement brings significant new spectrum assets to the PAWR platforms.
For more information on any of these announcements, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We are excited by how our programs continue to grow, and grateful to all of our partners for the continuing support.
